High Levels of <i>β</i>-Amyloid, Tau, and Phospho-Tau in Red Blood Cells as Biomarkers of Neuropathology in Senescence-Accelerated Mouse

<div>Quantitative assay of misfolded protein A<i>β</i>, tau, and p-tau in RBCs and brain tissues. The levels of A<i>β</i>, tau, and p-tau in brain tissues (a, c, and e) and RBCs (b, d, and f) from SAMP8 and SAMR1 mice at 6 and 8 months were assessed by specific immunoenzymatic assays.
