Salidroside Delays Cellular Senescence by Stimulating Mitochondrial Biogenesis Partly through a miR-22/SIRT-1 Pathway

<div>Effect of salidroside (SAL) on the mitochondrial potential (<i>ΔΨ</i>m) and ATP production. Cells treated by salidroside (SAL, 10 <i>μ</i>M) and resveratrol (RES, 10 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 h then were stained by JC-1 for <i>ΔΨ</i>m measurement. (a) Representative images of JC-1 staining were acquired by using fluorescence microscopy. (b) Quantitative measurement of <i>ΔΨ</i>m was performed by flow cytometric analysis. (c) ATP production was determined by using a commercial kit (ab83355).
