<i>Ziziphus spina-christi</i> Leaf Extract Suppressed Mercury Chloride-Induced Nephrotoxicity via Nrf2-Antioxidant Pathway Activation and Inhibition of Inflammatory and Apoptotic Signaling

<div><i>Ziziphus spina-christi</i> leaf extract (ZSCLE) suppressed the expression of interleukin-1<i>β</i> (IL-1<i>β</i>), tumor necrosis factor-<i>α</i> (TNF-<i>α</i>), and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression following HgCl<sub>2</sub> intoxication.
