Effects of paeoniflorin (PF) on endothelial injury, inflammatory factors, and oxidative stress levels in rats fed with different diets for 4 weeks. Rats in the SHG and IHG groups were fed with low and high glycemic diet, respectively. von Willebrand factor (VWF) (a), sE-selectin (b), TNF-α (c), PECAM-1 (d), AOPPs (e), and T-AOC (f) levels were determined in the various groups.
