Soybean was autoclaved at 110°C for 30 minutes according to Westfall and Hauge [121] to inactivate the trypsin inhibitor, tannins, saponins, phytate, protease inhibitors, lectins, and goitrogens. Each 3 kg contains the following vitamins and minerals: vit. A 12 mIU, vit. D3 2 mIU, vit. E 1000 mg, vit. k3 1000 mg, vit. B1 1000 mg, vit. B2 5000 mg, vit. B6 1500 mg, vit. B12 10 mg, biotin 50 mg, pantothenic acid 10000 mg, nicotinic acid 30000 mg, folic acid 1000 mg, manganese 60000 mg, zinc 50000 mg, iron 30000 mg, copper 4000 mg, iodine 300 mg, selenium 100 mg, cobalt 100 mg, and carrier (CaCO3) to 3 kg (Golden premix- Selim Pharm Elasher, Egypt.).
