Immunofluorescent stain using an antibody against Golgi marker TGN38 (red color) and counterstain with 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (blue color) to show nuclei. Green arrows show N2a cells with normal GA and normal nuclear chromatin without OGD insult. White arrows show N2a cells with fragmented Golgi and normal nuclear chromatin after 4 h OGD.
