Bottom graphs displayed the time courses of relative phosphorylation after longest plasma treatment of relative p53-Ser15 (c) and Ser37 phosphorylation (d). Untreated samples were included as negative control (ctrl). Data are presented as mean + S.D. of two independent experiments. Statistical comparison was done using one-way ANOVA with Dunnett corrections for multiple comparison to untreated control, normalized control (, , ).
