Shepherd’s Purse Polyphenols Exert Its Anti-Inflammatory and Antioxidative Effects Associated with Suppressing MAPK and NF-<i>κ</i>B Pathways and Heme Oxygenase-1 Activation

<div>SPE inhibited the development of the paw edema induced by carrageenan injection. The edema model was induced with 30 <i>μ</i>L of 1% carrageenan.
