Resveratrol Attenuates Oxidative Stress-Induced Intestinal Barrier Injury through PI3K/Akt-Mediated Nrf2 Signaling Pathway

<div>Protective effects of RSV against H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced oxidative injury in IPEC-J2 cells. IPEC-J2 cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of RSV and then cocultured with 200 <i>μ</i>M or 500 <i>μ</i>M H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> for 4 hours. (a) The CCK-8 assay was performed on IPEC-J2 cells after incubation with RSV (6 h) and H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> (4 h).
