The mTOR/GCLc/GSH Pathway Mediates the Dose-Dependent Bidirectional Regulation of ROS Induced by TiO2 NPs in Neurogenic Cells

(a) Intracellular superoxide anion was determined by DHE after U251 cells, and SK-N-SH cells were treated with 1 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml of TiO2 NPs, respectively. (b) mTOR, p-mTOR, and GCLc protein levels were determined by western blotting assay after two kinds of cells were treated with 1 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml of TiO2 NPs. (c) GSH levels were determined after two kinds of cells were treated with 1 μg/ml and 100 μg/ml of TiO2 NPs. The results were from three panel samples of each experiment.
