Melatonin Reduces Androgen Production and Upregulates Heme Oxygenase-1 Expression in Granulosa Cells from PCOS Patients with Hypoestrogenia and Hyperandrogenia

<div>Melatonin promoted HO-1 expression, reducing IL-18 levels in human ovarian GCs from the PCOS patient. PCOS GCs supplied with melatonin or its inhibitor luzindole.
