p53 is positively related to pyroptosis in the tumor tissue of NSCLC patients. (a–d) mRNA levels of NLRP3, ASC, caspase-1, and cleaved caspase-1 were detected by real-time PCR and analyzed by SPSS. Wild-type p53 mRNA level shows a positive correlation with NLRP3, ASC, and cleaved caspase-1 in tumor tissues of 20 NSCLC patients.
