Effect of AO extracts on intracellular ROS in wild-type (a), CF1038 (b), and EU1 (c) worms. AO extract treatment reduced ROS levels in N2 worms when compared to the DMSO control group. Worms were treated with different concentrations of hexane (AOH) and methanol extracts (AOM). DMSO and EGCG were used as the solvent control and positive control groups, respectively.
