Resveratrol recovers Sirt1 expression in ox-LDL- and LPS-treated HUVECs. The cells were treated with various concentrations of resveratrol or EX527 for 1 h, and ox-LDL (0.1 mg/ml) or LPS (5 μg/ml) was then added for 8 h. Sirt1 expression was analyzed by Western blot.
