Propofol Reduced Mammosphere Formation of Breast Cancer Stem Cells via PD-L1/Nanog <i>In Vitro</i>

<div>PD-L1 was overexpression in mammosphere cells of breast cancer. (a) Compared with adherent cells, the expression of PD-L1 mRNA in mammosphere of MCF-7 was increased. (b) Compared with adherent cells, the expression of PD-L1 mRNA in mammosphere of MDA-MB-231 was overexpressed.
