<i>Kalanchoe brasiliensis</i> Cambess., a Promising Natural Source of Antioxidant and Antibiotic Agents against Multidrug-Resistant Pathogens for the Treatment of <i>Salmonella</i> Gastroenteritis

<div>Results of the leakage of compounds absorbing at 280 nm assay expressed as a relative ratio of OD<sub>280</sub> of the hydroethanolic extract 70% from <i>Kalanchoe brasiliensis</i> fresh leaves collected in January (HEJ70) and September (HES70) and treated cells and levofloxacin (LEV) to the one untreated cell of (a) <i>Salmonella</i> Choleraesuis (ATCC® 10708), (b) <i>Salmonella</i> Typhimurium (ATCC® 13311), and (c) <i>Salmonella</i> spp. 1507708.
