[Retracted] Yiqi-Huoxue Granule (YQHX) Downregulates Prothrombotic Factors by Modulating KLF2 and NF-κB in HUVECs following LPS Stimulation

YQHX regulates the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65 and IκB. HUVECs were pretreated with YQHX (0.25 and 1.25 mg/ml) or ST (3 μM) for 3 h before being exposed to LPS (25 μg/ml) for 3 h. Cell lysates were prepared and subjected to Western blot analysis to determine the phosphorylation levels of (a) NF-κB p65 and (b) IκB proteins.
