[Retracted] Yiqi-Huoxue Granule (YQHX) Downregulates Prothrombotic Factors by Modulating KLF2 and NF-κB in HUVECs following LPS Stimulation

YQHX inhibits LPS-induced PAI and TF expression through an NF-κB-dependent mechanism. HUVECs were incubated with 1.25 mg/ml of YQHX or 3 μM of PDTC for 3 h prior to the treatment of LPS (25 μg/ml) for 12 h. Cell lysates were prepared and immunoblotted to determine the expression of KLF2, PAI-1, and TF. Data are expressed as (). vs. control and vs. group with 25 μg/ml LPS.
