Indigo Naturalis Suppresses Colonic Oxidative Stress and Th1/Th17 Responses of DSS-Induced Colitis in Mice

<div>Effects of QD on the expression of p-AMPK, AMPK, and Nrf-2 in colon tissues of mice with DSS-induced colitis. Colitis was induced in all groups except the control group. QD and SASP were administered to mice from days 6 to 12. On day 13, the mice were sacrificed and the expressions of p-AMPK, AMPK, and Nrf-2 in colon tissues were measured using Western blots.
