Effects of QD on the phosphorylation of p-STAT1 and p-STAT3 in mesenteric lymph nodes of mice with DSS-induced colitis. Colitis was induced in all groups except the control group. QD was administered to mice from days 6 to 12. On day 13, the mice were sacrificed and the expressions of p-STAT1, STAT1, p-STAT3, and STAT3 in mesenteric lymph nodes were measured using Western blots.
