Lysosomal Destabilizing Drug Siramesine and the Dual Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Lapatinib Induce a Synergistic Ferroptosis through Reduced Heme Oxygenase-1 (HO-1) Levels

<div>Time course of siramesine and lapatinib-induced cell death. (a) A549 and (b) U87 cells were treated with DMSO (D), lapatinib (L) (0.5 <i>μ</i>M), siramesine (S) (10 <i>μ</i>M), or the combination of lapatinib+siramesine (L+S) for 1, 2, 4, 6, and 24 hours.
