Only the monolayer containing the dye is shown. The distributions of the same groups of MitoCLox as in Figure 6 are shown. The distributions of the peroxide group of oxidized CL (CL O-O) and double bonded carbons of CL (CL C=C) are also depicted. The density is averaged as in Figure 6.
