Inactivation of the NF-κB signaling pathway prevents H2O2-induced cell senescence. (a) Dual luciferase assay revealed increased NF-κB activity in H2O2-treated cells, and IMD-0354 (IMD), a specific IKKβ inhibitor, inhibited H2O2-induced NF-κB activation.
