ROS-Mediated Necroptosis Is Involved in Iron Overload-Induced Osteoblastic Cell Death

The influence of iron overload on the osteoblastic cell viability. After subjecting to FAC (50-200 μM) for 24, 72, and 120 h, the viability of osteoblasts was detected by CCK-8 assays. The histogram showed the statistical significance only in the 72 h and 120 h groups. Values are expressed as the from three independent experiments ( vs. saline control, ANOVA test).
