ROS-Mediated Necroptosis Is Involved in Iron Overload-Induced Osteoblastic Cell Death

<div>Typical TEM images of morphological ultrastructural changes in the osteoblastic cells. In the saline control group, the osteoblastic cells exhibited a normal cell morphology as manifested by intact plasma membrane and organelles. After exposure to 200 <i>μ</i>M FAC for 120 h, the osteoblastic cells displayed typical necrotic ultrastructural changes including losing integrity of the plasma membrane, swelling of organelles, and
