(c, d) Inhibition of autophagy leads to a significant upregulation of p-CHK1. (c) HT1080, U2OS cells, and MSCs were treated with CQ (50 μM) for 24 h for measurement of the protein level of p-CHK1 and total CHK1 by Western blot analysis.
