Calenduloside E Ameliorates Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury through Regulation of AMPK and Mitochondrial OPA1

<div>CE partially restored the expression of I/R-induced cardiac mitochondrial dynamic proteins. Representative immunoblots and western blot quantitative analysis of the mitochondrial dynamic protein expression of Drp1, OPA1, and Mfn2. VDAC1 expression was examined as a protein loading control.
