Neochamaejasmin A Induces Mitochondrial-Mediated Apoptosis in Human Hepatoma Cells via ROS-Dependent Activation of the ERK1/2/JNK Signaling Pathway

<div>JNK and ERK1/2 are involved in HepG2 cell apoptosis induced by NCA. HepG2 cells were pretreated with 10 <i>μ</i>M SP600125 or PD0325901 for 1 h and then treated with 73.7 <i>μ</i>M NCA for 48 h.
