NCA inhibited cell proliferation and induced cell apoptosis in BEL-7402 cells. (a–c) BEL-7402 cells were exposed to NCA for 24, 48, and 72 h, respectively, and the cell viability was determined by MTT assay. (d) The morphological changes of NCA-treated BEL-7402 cells were observed under a phase contrast microscope. (e) Hoechst 33258 staining was used to examine the morphological change of BEL-7402 cells after exposure to NCA for 48 h. (f) The apoptotic rates of NCA-treated BEL-7402 cells were determined by flow cytometry.
