Accumulation of MitoCLox in MRC5-SV40 cells. (a) Cells were incubated with 200 nM of MitoCLox for 60 min; then, 50 nM MitoTracker Green was added for 15 min. Cells were analyzed with an Axiovert microscope (Carl Zeiss). Bar, 10 μm. (b) Accumulation of MitoCLox (200 nM) as measured by FACS in FL2 channel. After 60 min, the medium was changed to the same but without MitoCLox. FCCP (10 μM) was added after change of the medium where indicated.
