Anticancer Effects of Plasma-Activated Medium Produced by a Microwave-Excited Atmospheric Pressure Argon Plasma Jet

<div>Induction of apoptosis in A549 cells by PAM. The percentage of the apoptotic cells was determined using the Muse Cell Analyzer. Medium irradiated with plasma at 7 W was applied to A549 cells for 24 hours. The distribution of apoptosis in A549 cells was measured using Annexin V/Dead Cell Assay (a) and caspase-3/7 detection reagent (b).
