GPA inhibits inflammation and oxidative stress in IECs. MODE-K cells were treated with different GPA concentrations for 6 h, and the cytotoxicity was detected by LDH assay (a). MODE-K cells pretreated with different concentrations of GPA for 6 h were exposed to LPS (1 μg/ml) for 3 h, and the cytotoxicity was detected by LDH assay (b).
