Effect of the growth rate on cisplatin sensitivity. bar1∆ cells were grown to early exponential phase in SC-glucose medium (pH 5.5). Cells were pretreated with α-mating factor for 3 hours, exposed to cisplatin for 180 minutes, and plated on YPD.
