Effect of yolkin on the viability of bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDM). BMDM cells (1 × 10⁵/ml) were exposed to yolkin (10, 100, and 150 μg/ml) for 24 h. H₂O₂ (100 μM) was used as a negative sample. Cell viability was evaluated by the MTT assay. The data are of four independent experiments. vs. control.
