Effect of yolkin on nitric oxide production in BMDM cells. BMDM cells () were treated with yolkin (10, 100, and 150 μg/ml) or LPS (1 μg/ml) in the presence or absence of an S-MIU inhibitor (10 μM) for 24 h. Thereafter, supernatants were collected and the level of NO was detected by the Griess reaction. The difference in the level of NO in control and yolkin-treated cells was significant ().
