Effect of yolkin treatment on MAPK activation in BMDM cells. BMDM cells were treated with yolkin (100 μg/ml) for 0, 5, 15, 30, 60, and 90 min at 37°C. Next, cells were lysed and subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by Western blotting using monoclonal antibody against total ERK, phospho-ERK 1/2, total JNK, and phospho-JNK 1/2 (a).
