Interaction of TPPP3 with VDAC1 Promotes Endothelial Injury through Activation of Reactive Oxygen Species

VDAC1 plays a dominant role in TPPP3-induced HUVEC injuries. HUVECs overexpressing TPPP3 were treated with 50 μM PA for 24 hours and then transfected with VDAC1 siRNAs. Cell apoptosis (b), production of ROS (c), and tube formation assay (d) of HUVECs as indicated treatment. One-way ANOVA was performed to assess the difference. .
