FNDC5 deficiency deteriorates Ang II-induced hypertension and vascular remodeling in mice. Ang II was infused subcutaneously with a micro-osmotic pump at 400 ng/Kg/min for 2 weeks in wild-type mice (WT) and FNDC5 knockout mice (KO).
