Hydrogen Gas Attenuates Hypoxic-Ischemic Brain Injury via Regulation of the MAPK/HO-1/PGC-1a Pathway in Neonatal Rats

<div>Involvement of MAPK in the expression of HO-1 induced by H<sub>2</sub> gas in differentiated PC12 cells. <i>β</i>-NGF-differentiated PC12 cells were pretreated with U0126 (10 mM), SB203580 (20 mM), or SP600125 (10 mM) for 1 h followed by oxygen-glucose deprivation (6 h) and then reperfusion with or without H<sub>2</sub> gas.
