Effects of PNGL on the downstream SIRT1/2/3-Foxo3a-MnSOD/PGC-1α signaling pathway in the OGD/R-induced SH-SY5Y cells. PNGL regulated the MnSOD, PGC-1α, Foxo3a, and p-Foxo3a expression levels, which was partly reversed by the inhibitor FK866 in vitro.
