Oleanolic Acid Decreases IL-1<i>β</i>-Induced Activation of Fibroblast-Like Synoviocytes via the SIRT3-NF-<i>κ</i>B Axis in Osteoarthritis

<div>Effect of SIRT3 on IL-1<i>β</i>-induced inflammatory genes and MMPs expression in human FLS. FLS were pretreated with SIRT3-OE or SIRT3-KD and then incubated with or without IL-1<i>β</i> (10 ng/ml) for 24 h. (a) The efficiency of SIRT3-KD and SIRT3-OE was measured using qRT-PCR and Western blot. (b) The expressions of COX2 and PGE2 were measured using an ELISA assay. (c) The expressions of ADAMTS4, iNOS6, and MMP3 were measured using RT-PCR.
