<i>In Vitro</i> Studies on the Immunomodulatory Effects of <i>Pulicaria crispa</i> Extract on Human THP-1 Monocytes

<div>ELISA analysis of THP-1 cells after stimulation with LPS (100 ng/ml) with or without <i>P. crispa</i> extract (100 <i>μ</i>g/ml). The expressions of CCL22 (a) and CXCL10 (b) are detected. Culture supernatants were harvested 6 hours after stimulation and processed for ELISA.
