Antiproliferative Activity, Proapoptotic Effect, and Cell Cycle Arrest in Human Cancer Cells of Some Marine Natural Product Extract

<div>Modulation of the apoptotic protein biomarkers: <b>PARP</b> (116 kD) and cleaved <b>PARP</b> (85 kD) in <b>HePG2</b>, <b>HCT-116</b>, and <b>MCF-7</b> cells, was treated dose-dependently with <b><i>Pg</i>E</b>, <b><i>Ha</i>E</b>, and <b><i>Ad</i>E</b> and harvested 24 h after treatments. The immunoblots shown are representative of three independent experiments which all gave similar results where the only representative result was cropped and inserted here.
