Assessing the interaction properties of quercetin with the two subunits of P-gp efflux pump (P-gp ATPase and substrate binding site) using sodium vanadate (Sod. vanadate) and verapamil (VRP) as positive controls, respectively (a), and compared to the nontreated control (NTC).
