Cytotoxic evaluation of blueberry (BB) extract in 2D and 3D cutaneous models. (a) Keratinocytes cells were pretreated with different doses of BB (0.1, 0.5, 1, 5, and 10 μg/ml) for 24 h. (b) 3D models were pretreated with BB doses ranging from 10 to 100 μg/ml. Cytotoxicity was calculated into the supernatant of pretreated 2D and 3D models, by measuring the amount of LDH released from the cytosol. Data are the of three independent experiments.
