Effect of hypoxia preconditioned UC-MSCs on the paracrine action of EVs from injured N2A cells. Hypoxia or normoxia preconditioned UC-MSCs were cultured with conditioned medium (R24H-N2A-CMs) and high concentration EVs (EVs-1) from injured N2A cells.
