Overview of γH2A.X studies in plasma medicine. Both using jet plasmas and dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) as a source of cold physical plasma, γH2A.X was quantified in vitro in low and high malignant cancer cell lines as well as ex vivo in cold plasma-treated tissue.
