Analysis of reactive oxygen species formation in ER stress-induced EA.hy926 cells measured by flow cytometry using H2-DCFDA assay. Cells were pretreated with 5 and 10 μg for 24 hours and then treated with thapsigargin for 2 hours, and then the cells were incubated with 25 μM of DCFDA solution for 15 min and then harvested. After washing, the cells were subjected to flow cytometric analysis.
