ELK1 Promotes Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition and the Progression of Lung Adenocarcinoma by Upregulating B7-H3

<div>Knockdown of ELK1 inhibited malignant biological behavior of LUAD cell. (a, b) RT-qPCR and western blotting verified the knockdown efficiency of ELK1 in A549 or H1299 cell lines, respectively.
