Viability of IPEC-J2 cells treated with ETEC K88. (a) After 3 h, 6 h, 12 h,18 h, and 24 h of treatment with , , and  cfu/mL ETEC K88 the viability of cells was determined via CCK-8. (b–d) The levels of MDA, SOD, and GPX in the supernatant of cells treated with ETEC K88 for 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 18 h, and 24 h were detected by ELISA. The results were of three independent preparations.
